RETURNS POLICY

FAULTY PRODUCTS ONLY

What you can return

  • We accept returns only for products that are faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery (i.e. not “change-of-mind” returns).

  • If a product you receive is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with details (including photos, order number, etc.).

How to request a return / replacement

  • Email us at shannenkimberley@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos showing the defect.

  • Once we confirm that the product is faulty, we will provide instructions for return/shipping (if applicable) and offer a replacement or refund.

What we will provide

  • For faulty items: we may replace the item or (if replacement is not possible) provide a full refund or store credit (whichever you choose) — whichever is reasonable under the circumstances.

  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind, incorrect size (unless it’s our error), or other non-faulty reasons.

Customer’s responsibility

  • You must contact us within a reasonable timeframe of receiving the goods to report the fault.

  • For returned items, please package them properly to avoid further damage during return shipping.

  • You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree to cover them (e.g. where the item is confirmed to be faulty).

Refund / Replacement Processing

  • After we receive the returned item and confirm the fault, we will process the refund or replacement promptly.

  • Refunds will be made using the original method of payment where possible.

Disclaimer

  • This Returns Policy does not limit or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product fails to meet the consumer guarantees (e.g. is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for purpose, or differs substantially from description), you may be entitled to a remedy under that law.
