There’s something special about Sundays, (or your chosen day) some people like Thursdays, a night to themselves to prep before the weekend ahead. Shannen likes Sundays, a quiet pause before the week begins. Sometimes she does do the full lot, skin, hair wash & treatment, nails…etc! A space to soften, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Creating a simple, intentional skin ritual at home is one of the most grounding ways to honour that pause — and it doesn’t need to be complica
